“Chantal exemplifies many of the Outsell Core Values in her daily interactions within the CIC, but she has really been shining in her ability and desire to take Initiative. Many of the processes within our department have been improved and fine-tuned since her joining the team almost a year ago; she is always paying extremely close attention to detail. When she notices something that seems even slightly off or that could be better, she is the first to point it out and even offer sample suggestions for how to fix it. The sizeable efforts and courageous action I see her take on, on a daily basis to get tasks done, as well as projects that I see her start and take on out of her own merit and free will – and even ways that she supports and relates to our agents – really mirrors her capacity as a person and as a Team Lead to take initiative.” –Erica Johnson
