Mike has a breadth of industry experience ranging from start-ups and emerging growth companies to large multinational corporations in the automotive, banking, computer, financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications industries. He is highly effective in evaluating talent to developing highly effective, rapid growth organizations.
In addition to leading Outsell, Mike is managing partner of SynetVentures, a Minneapolis-based venture capital firm focused on bringing proven business systems and a network of experienced professionals to take innovative business opportunities to the next level. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of several emerging organizations and is a former Regent of St. John’s University.

Bryan Harwood is an innovative technology leader with a depth of experience building out data and transaction processing systems on a massive scale for global enterprises. At Outsell, Bryan leads the Development and Infrastructure team focusing on the development and scaling of the Outsell Digital Engagement Platform. He also leads Product Management, PMO, IT Operations, Architecture, and Commercial Operations.
Bryan began his career as an IT Architect at IBM Global Services working with clients on large implementation projects. Following IBM, he was Lead Architect at Sun Microsystems, architecting a global e-commerce and content management solution for a top e-learning company. He then moved to the role of Fellow & Chief Architect at Galileo/Travelport, building out the first web services platform for the travel industry which allowed travel sites like Orbitz, Cheaptickets and Expedia to integrate their systems seamlessly. The building of this next-generation Global Distribution System (GDS) was a revolutionary project in the travel industry.
Matt has over ten years experience in accounting and finance management. As a member of the Outsell management team he is responsible for leading the Accounting, Finance, HR and IT functions. During his five year tenure at Outsell Matt has applied his strong background in business analysis, planning and corporate problem solving to areas including pricing, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.
Prior to Outsell, Matt has worked with several large national and multinational corporations including TDS Telecom & Hanley Companies. Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.
Jon brings 20 years of experience effectively implementing dealer and sales channel marketing programs for companies like Toyota, Polaris Industries, Carrier, Caterpillar and DuPont. At Outsell, Jon manages a talented group of digital marketing professionals who make up the Client Success and the Production, Analytic and Content Services teams. Jon oversees advanced services through the Outsell Fuel customer engagement platform, and his teams work in partnership with all Outsell functional areas to on-board and manage industry leading programs that deliver results and maintain a high standard of quality. Prior to Outsell, Jon led digital and channel marketing programs at BI Worldwide, Polaris industries, Saatchi & Saatchi, and BBDO.
Guy Super is a dynamic, strategic executive who is dedicated to developing and leading sales teams to deliver record-setting results. As Vice President of Sales, Guy is focused on driving sales nationwide for the company’s powerful Outsell Fuel platform. Guy will manage, develop and lead the Direct to Dealer Outsell sales and business development teams. Most recently, Guy was Outsell’s director of territory sales and prior to joining Outsell, he was an award-winning Sales Director with Dominion Enterprises where he increased sales and the company’s overall customer base by 5x in just two years. Guy is a proven leader in building, managing and developing strategic sales teams and go-to-market strategies. He has also held senior management roles with Autobase, Inc., and Village Automotive Group. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Lawrence University.
Fred Senn is one of the founding partners of Fallon Worldwide, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Founded in 1981, Fallon was twice named by Advertising Age as Agency of the Year. Known for their creativity, their client portfolio has included blue chip brands like BMW, Porsche, Holiday Inn, Sony, United Airlines, Citibank, Time Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal.
In 2006, to mark the 25th anniversary of the firm they founded together, Fred teamed with Pat Fallon to write Juicing the Orange, a book about applied creativity to business problem-solving, published by Harvard Business School Press. Today, Fred’s role is less involved with account management and more involved with talent development. In this capacity, he is the Chief Learning Officer, runs Fallon University, and guest lectures at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Fred is also very involved in local business and nonprofit organizations, and has directed the successful advertising efforts of the Minnesota Business Partnership, the Minnesota Department of Tourism, as well as two gubernatorial campaigns. He is also involved as an adviser or board member to several national children’s organizations.
Patrick O’Halloran is an industry leading early visionary in the Marketing Software as a Service (SaaS) and Strategic Consulting arenas.
Patrick was at Accenture for over twenty-two years, including eleven years as its Partner in charge of Customer Insight organization. He co-founded Accenture’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cross industry service line, currently a multi-billion dollar revenue stream for Accenture, as well as creating and running the global Customer Insight business unit for eight years, serving some of their largest clients like Washington Mutual and Target Corporation.
Patrick has worked in all major industries specializing in marketing solutions and helping companies become customer centric. He currently sits on the board of Datalink (NASDAQ: DTLK), a company that analyzes, designs, implements, and supports information storage infrastructures that store, protect, and provide continuous access to information. He has also served as Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Entiera, whose leading customer dialogue management solution helps enterprises quickly design and execute campaigns across multiple channels in a SaaS environment. Entiera Insight is a best-in-class solution deployed by many Fortune 500 customers. Fair Isaac Corp., best known for its FICO credit scores, acquired Entiera in May 2012.
Patrick holds a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
Steve Gill is a proven business executive with a unique capacity to identify large market niches in which to scale consumer products, turning them into global brands. He is currently the Chairman and President of Dallas based Talenti Gelato. Talenti is Mr. Gill’s latest business venture, introducing a super premium gelato.
Talenti is already one of the top 3 brands, successfully competing with other premium ice cream brands in the premium grocery channel. Prior to Talenti, Steve was a Co-Founder and President of Minneapolis based Millennium Import Company from 1993 to 2005 working as a partner with the Edward J. Phillips Family of Minneapolis.
At Millennium, Mr. Gill was responsible for the creation and development of the luxury vodka category with the introduction of Belvedere Vodka in 1995. Millennium was sold to French luxury-goods giant Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) in 2005.
Judson Bemis is an entrepreneur with a history of working with large companies such as Honeywell, Tandem, NCS, Hitachi, Cray Research, and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). Judson has served as the National Director of Development for the Hazelden Foundation, the Vice President of New Business Development where he led the effort to expand Hazelden’s online business opportunities, and as the principal of Clere Consulting.
Judson serves on the for profit boards of Technology, Inc. and Imaging Institute, Inc. as well as on the nonprofit boards of Theatre de la Jeune Lune, The Minnesota Orchestral Association, The Guthrie Theater Foundation, Theatre Communications Group (in NYC), and MacPhail Center for Music where he chaired a successful $25 million campaign. He currently has been appointed by the Governor to the Minnesota State Arts Board.
Jeff co-founded Northern Pacific Group, a growth equity investment firm based in Wayzata, Minnesota, and serves as a Managing Partner. Prior to co-founding Northern Pacific Group, Jeff focused on technology, business and financial services investments for Norwest Equity Partners, sourcing proprietary transactions and driving portfolio companies’ business development and growth, including exits.
Before joining Norwest Equity Partners, Jeff was Group Head for RBC Capital Markets in Minneapolis where he led the Firm’s Global Technology Investment Banking practice. Jeff was a Founding Partner at Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, where he ran Technology Investment Banking. He served in a similar capacity upon WA&H’s sale to Dain Rauscher in 1998 when it became Dain, Rauscher Wessels and again at RBC Capital Markets subsequent to its acquisition of DRW in 2001.
Jeff serves as a director of DelaGet, Greater Twin Cities United Way, YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, Boy Scout Northern Star Council, Beta Theta Pi Foundation and Cathedral Church of St. Mark Foundation.
Jeff earned a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
